/ REMOTE TRAINING –
Personal training plans for the summer or by Term are available in the NSWACT XC Team App Store. This guidance from Alexei will combine well with your dryland training opportunities.

/ GENERAL TRAINING PLANS –
Alexei has prepared two levels of general training plans: “Training for stay in shape” plan November and “Training for Race” November.

General plans are posted for the use of Registered NSWACT XC members. These will be updated monthly and provide a training overview that can be adapted to everyone’s personal circumstances.
There is also a document entitled “Having difficulties to understand training plan?” that explains terms and concepts.

/ REMINDER !
Update your 2023 NSWACT XC Annual Registration to 2024 in the Team App Store. You can use 2023 NSW Active Kids Vouchers for 2024 Registration. Suggestion – don’t leave this opportunity until the last moment as the system has been changing.

/ SUMMER WORK PARTIES ON THE PERISHER XC TRAILS – BRIDGE BUILDING
If you are curious about what is under the snow that you are skiing on, and the efforts that are made every summer to make the trails the best they can be, join one of the regular work Parties.

A special project starts this weekend – building steel bridges to help control the damage that running water does to the groomed trails (last winter provided some excellent examples!). This work will be done on extended Work Party weekends, for those who would like to stay on or attend on weekdays.

Accommodation is provided for Work Partiers. Information about Work Parties is sent out prior to each one via PXC Newsletters. Subscribe here if you don’t already receive PXC Newsletters – https://www.perisherxcountry.org/contact-us/
