If you are having any difficulties finding the item you are looking for in the NSWACT XC Store, be reassured that it is not something that you are doing incorrectly.
A glitch in the system that causes the problem to occur, only sometimes, is being investigated by Team App Support. In the meantime, this is what they suggest:
“Please let your members to download the latest update for team app, If they are still having issues, have them delete and re-download the app.”
