Following the end-of-winter celebration that is the NSWACT XC Charlotte Pass Camp, dryland training is now underway in all three of the training centres (Sydney, Canberra and Jindabyne), thanks to the coaches and volunteer organisers.
Rollerskiing, endurance and strength exercise advice will all feature as part of the
2024-2025 summer NSWACT XC dryland program:
• Watch for postings from Coach Alexei on NSWACT XC Team App “MEMBER DOCUMENTS” for adaptable advice on maintaining and increasing your fitness over summer.
• Regular coached Sunday morning training sessions are scheduled for Sydney and Canberra (starting Sunday 20 October) with the NSTC running track and hill bounding paddock at Jindabyne Sport and Rec regularly available for practice, often with friendly and skilled XC community members there to offer support and advice.
• Check NSWACT XC Team App for “TRAINING” notices and to RSVP. Make payments in the “STORE” for session attendance.
