Hi, I’m Peter Lezaich.
I have just commenced employment with Snow Australia as the Northern Cross Country (NSWACT XC) Administration Officer for the next 12 months, on a part time basis, of up to 10 hours per week. I will be updating/maintaining Team App information, liaising with coaches, and program leaders, co-ordinating NSWACT XC newsletters and other communication and other tasks as required by NSWACT XC management team.
I’ve been coming to the mountains regularly for over 40 years and I love being there in both the winter and summer months. I am an average skier, who skis for the fun and enjoyment of it. I ski downhill as well as cross country, though you would describe me as more of a shuffler than a racer. I love getting out beyond the lifts and enjoy ski touring, snow camping, and snow shoeing. My family all ski, and my now adult ‘kids’ first ski experiences were on the cross-country trails at Perisher. I’m looking forward to my involvement with NSW/ACT XC and helping in the operational delivery of the cross-country training program and, more importantly, to meeting and getting to know you all.
