Registration for the 2025 Australian Jr/Open Championships in Falls Creek, 16-17 August, are now open through Alpine Timing. Entries close Wednesday at 10pm, no late entries.

Meet at Windy Corner on Friday 15 August at 1pm for pre-race training and information.
If required, bring your skis on Friday for the coaches to wax after the session for the following day.
PAYMENT: If you require waxing support, purchase the “Please Wax My Skis Please” item ($25/pair) through the STORE –

• The day prior to the event,
• Clean and
• Clearly labelled with your name and phone #.
• Skis not meeting these conditions will be returned to their owner so that the problem can be rectified before waxing.

See scheduled training information for Perisher through to the Hoppet, below. Changes to the schedule will be notified through NSWACT XC Team App.
If your regular Before-School or Masters training sessions occur at times that have been cancelled, please attend additional substitute sessions at other scheduled times that work for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to attend training, RSVP! If you subsequently realise that you can’t attend, UN-RSVP and let Colin know.
If no one RSVPs, the session will not run. For scheduled sessions, the coaches travel long distances early in the morning to attend training. It is disappointing if athletes who have RSVPed don’t turn up for the session without letting him know the night before.

$20 WAXBOX CONTRIBUTION – NSWACT XC Program members have benefited from waxing tuition, practice and support provided via the extensive (and expensive) NSWACT XC Waxbox throughout the winter. Please make a $20 contribution to the Waxbox through the “WINTER SEASON WAXBOX CONTRIBUTION” item in the NSWACT XC STORE.
2025 WINTER PROGRAM INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS – The final Instalment Payment is due by 30 August. Please ensure that payments are finalised by then.

CHARLOTTE PASS CAMP – PRELIMINARY NOTICE:
Accommodation for the 2025 NSWACT XC Charlotte Pass Camp at Southern Alps Ski Club has been secured for Sunday 28/9/25 through Saturday 4/10/25. Pencil those dates in!
Camp details will be circulated during the coming week.
