THE 2025 CHARLOTTE PASS SPRING CAMP IS ON!

Competition for the year is nearly done and dusted, it’s time to think about FUN on (and off) skis! Join your snow friends and make some new ones while adventuring around Charlotte Pass and the spectacular main range with top coaches and mountain experts.
For NSWACT XC Members aged 12 – 18 years (by 31 Dec), who are reasonably experienced cross-country skiers with the confidence to take on adventures over the ungroomed, untracked snow of the main range, and what ever else the coaches throw at you!
Southern Alps Ski Club in the heart of Charlotte Pass will be your base – fully catered, ensuite rooms, whole and exclusive lodge access.
https://www.sasc-aus.com/southern-alps-lodgeDaily activities will include anything (and possibly everything!) from Main Range touring, down hill practice and cornice jumping, games in the village, games on skis, creek crossing, mountain running with poles, summit walk, skate racing, strength sessions, bush bashing, creek swimming, naps, socialising and of course, eating!
Evenings in the lodge are also entertaining with activities like cards and board games, a movie, trivia and the talent (or un-talented) show is a highlight!

Arrive Sunday 28 September and depart Saturday 4 October (details to be confirmed)
Requirements:
o Financial NSWACT XC Member (2025 or 2026 NSWACT XC Registration, $110)
o Confident XC skier
o 11 – 18 years of age (by 31 Dec)
o Complete the Information, Event Participation Waiver and Code of Conduct forms (attached).
Inclusions:
Fully catered – 3 full meals and snacks, ensuite rooms, coaching and support staff, exclusive lodge use.
Need to bring:
Bed linen, towels, running shoes, ski gear, a ‘healthy’ treat to share during the week, cards or a board game. A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the day.
Cost:
Six nights – $800

• Pay the full amount up front or
• Pay a deposit and the balance

CONFIRM ATTENDANCE WITH A PAYMENT BY 30TH AUGUST

• 2025 A. CHARLOTTE PASS CAMP – FULL PAYMENT = $800 (due 30 August 2025).
• 2025 B. CHARLOTTE PASS CAMP – DEPOSIT = $200 (due 30 August 2025).
• 2025 C. CHARLOTTE PASS CAMP – BALANCE PAYMENT = $600 (due 19 September 2025).
