With the Winter Olympics capturing the world’s attention, athletes and aspiring competitors, and even recreational skiers closer to home are feeling the fire. Watching the very best in the world push the limits has sparked a surge of enquiries from athletes eager to lift their own performance — and the response has been swift.

Fresh from the Olympic stage, Coach Alexei has taken time out from international competition and released a training plan for athletes, bringing elite-level structure, skills, and agility training directly to you.

And coached training is coming to an area near you! Our summer coaches are currently training and competing overseas, but looking forward to catching up with new and regular participants when they return.

TERM ONE FOCUS: BUILDING SKILLS & AGILITY
