Strength & Conditioning Session for Intermediate level and Elite level athletes. The program will follow the SSA Northern – NSWXC Periodisation Plan for each athlete level as devised by Callum Watson.

Milsons Point (start/finish at Milsons Point Station)

- Warm jacket/hoodie for after training

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
Registration and payment must be made in the Team App Store prior to attending the first session.
