NSW Snowsports – Interschools Dryland Sessions – in Conjunction with SSA Futures – including XC Dry-Land session

NSW Snowsports together with SSA Futures is offering a great day for XC interschools athletes to experience dry-land training techniques, how to move from Interschools to Athlete pathways, exposure to nutrition and the philosophy of personal excellence. A specific dry-land XC session will be held in addition to sessions on recovery and high intensity training.
Parents are invited to attend the Information sessions from 1.30pm,
