The Remote Program includes:
• Individualised training programs
• Weekly group strength and conditioning session via Zoom
• Personal communication via Zoom, phone and email
• Discussion of personal training diary
• Technique analysis
• Videos for demonstration and practice of specific technique training
• “Micro-Camps” and other activities.
