Please put 21/8/16 – in your calendar for the Amelia XC Time Trials and Team Sprints at Perisher. Also the Alpine and SB Time Trials on the 24/8/16 in Thredbo.

Both events are fund raisers for the Amelia McGuiness Foundation and provide an opportunity to practice for Interschools in semi-serious events under the best competition conditions possible.

AMASDF is recognised and commended throughout the snowsports community for its support of up-and-coming athletes. In the 6 years since the Foundation was established the committee has awarded $164, 750 in Individual Athlete Snowsports Scholarships. This has been achieved with the ongoing support of individuals and the business community.

For local Snowy Mountains and Monaro kids, entries into both events are 50% subsidised by the Rob Kneller Foundation. It would be great to have heaps of local kids in the events.
