An ambitious program to provide XC training across the regions in preparation for winter starts next week. There will be a number of training options from comprehensive to occasional. These programs are available to all 2022 NSWACT XC Registered members.
1. 2022 TERM 2 NSWACT XC TRAINING – FULL PROGRAM FOR REMAINDER OF THE TERM
TUESDAY 17 MAY thru FRIDAY 24 JUNE
$220 – available in the NSWACT XC Store
• Attend the scheduled sessions of your choice with Coach Alexei in any region – Sydney, Canberra and Jindabyne. A detailed schedule will be published imminently – some sessions will be targeted at specific groups. The schedule will be updated weekly and posted on Team App.
• Attend regular Sunday training sessions in Sydney and ACT. Sunday Sessions are detailed on Team App.
• Attend weekly Team Meetings via Zoom invitations from Alexei.
• Individual training program to be provided by Alexei.
• Individual communication with Alexei – training diaries, technique analysis, etc
2. 2022 TERM 2 SUNDAY TRAINING
Tuesday 26 April thru Friday 24 June
$185 – available in the NSWACT XC Store
• Attend Sunday training sessions in Canberra and Sydney – Purchase and RSVP through Team App Training and Store.
• Attend weekly Team Meetings via Zoom invitations from Alexei.
• Weekly training program throughout Term 2 will be posted on Team App – athletes will adapt the program to their own skill levels and goals
3. 2022 TERM 2 SINGLE SUNDAY TRAINING SESSIONS
Tuesday 26 April thru Friday 24 June
$28 – available as below
• Attend occasional scheduled group sessions in all regions with Alexei – some sessions will be targeted at specific groups. Purchase a single session on Team App and provide information about the session requested.
• Attend occasional scheduled Sunday training sessions in Sydney and Canberra – Purchase your Sunday session and RSVP through the appropriate Training item and Team App Store item.
4. The Annual 2022 Jindabyne June Long Weekend Camp (11-13/6/22) marks the transition to winter! Note the event on your calendar and details will be circulated later in the Term.
NOTES:

Please arrive ready to train wearing Hi-Vis clothing, and bring water, hand sanitiser and appropriate equipment. If roller skiing, bring skis, boots, poles, sneakers, helmet (No helmet, no training!) and other safety equipment such as wrist/knee guards and gloves are recommended.
HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:
All participants must take note of the following:
• Social distancing (1.5 m) will be practiced where possible.
• Good hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene will be practiced. No spitting!
• Disposal of tissues, etc safely and wash your hands or sanitise.
• Equipment and other items will not be shared.
If you feel unwell during training, advise your POD and/or coach immediately and arrangements will be made for you to be picked up by a parent/carer.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
Registration for NSWACTXC Term 2 XC Training is open to current NSWACT XC members only. Training payments are made in the Team App Store. Payment must be made prior to training. If you are not a NSWACT XC member, please purchase 2022 NSWACT XC Registration in the Store or contact us. NOTE – 2022 Active Kids Vouchers can be used to purchase 2022 NSWACT XC Registration. Fees paid are not refundable.
