NSWXC Sydney – Summer Training – Term 4

Weekly summer training – starting Sunday 16 October – 4.00-5.30pm at Newington Armoury with coaches Florian and Tess.

The Term 4 Program will run for 10 weeks from through Sunday December 18. Lane Cove National Park will be the venue on the first Sunday morning of each month, 7-8:30am. All other sessions will be run at Newington Armoury on Sunday afternoons, unless otherwise notified.

The NSWXC Sydney Summer Training Program will run on a Term-by-Term basis. Registration and payment will occur at the beginning of the term and cover the whole period. The cost for the Program for Term 4 is $300 (incl GST) – payment through TeamApp. You are then free to attend as many of the sessions as you wish during the Term – the more the better! If you are not quite sure if you wish to commit to a term of XC training, join us for a session on a come-an-try-basis. In any case, register your intention to attend the first session.

The coaches will be assisting athletes with an ongoing training program.

An additional Programme may be offered mid week for performance orientated athletes focussing on specific strength and intervals.

The NSWXC Sydney Summer Training Program, Term 4, is open to all current members of the NSWXC programs and those intending to participate in 2016-17.

Equipment to bring to training sessions –
Roller skis, roller blades, poles
Helmet (required!! No helmet, no training!) and other safety equipment
