2023 NSWACT XC Training – Week Structure for Pre-Season Training (pre-snow season).
This has been provided by Coach Alexei for all aspiring XC athletes with Annual 2023 NSWACT XC Registrations.
Alexei has prepared a detailed weekly training regime (PDF posted separately under TRAINING) that members can use to prepare for winter, no matter what level of fitness and skills they are starting from. Use the plan as the basis for designing your own individual plan.
IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A MORE PERSONALISED PROGRAM in consultation with Alexei with opportunities for face-to-face coached training sessions, OR wish to continue the NSWACT XC training that you were participating in last term, register NOW for “2023 TERM 2 TRAINING-ALL REGIONS”. The Term 1 programs have finished and the new Term is starting.
Be sure that you also have your Annual 2023 Registration up-to-date.

LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE – Coach Dana Hatton will be arriving at the end of May for the winter with the NSWACT XC Winter Programs. She will be living in Jindabyne and needs a vehicle for the season. Check your garage or shed – do you have a spare reliable 4WD vehicle that NSWACT XC can borrow, rent or purchase?
