SESSION INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:
DATE: Sunday 14th May, 2023
TIME: 7am for 7:15 – 8:45am Early training for experienced athletes
9am for 9:15 – 10:30am for junior skiers, masters and everyone else.
VENUE: Stromlo Forest Park Criterium Track, Dave McInnes Rd
COACH: Valdis, with support from Alexei.
Activities will include roller skiing and/or strength and conditioning exercises.
IMPORTANT & ESSENTIAL! – SESSION PRE-REGISTRATION:
- Please RVSP by 8PM on Friday prior to each Sunday training session (to allow time for appropriate staffing and other preparations).
- Pre-Registration consists of RSVP on this page and payment in the Store for either the current Term or a single session. RSVP for each session even if you have paid for the whole Term.
- By registering for NSWACT XC training you indicate acceptance of the conditions of participation listed on this page and the attached waiver.
EQUIPMENT:
Please arrive ready to train. Bring water, roller skis, boots, poles, sneakers, helmet (No Helmet, No Training!) and other safety equipment such as wrist/knee guards and gloves are recommended. For any equipment enquiries please contact Jules Craig on

COST (2023 Term 2):
To take part in Canberra training sessions you must have a 2023 NSWACT XC Registration and have been to the NSWACT XC Team App Store to purchase either the Term 1 training item ($90 for the term) or single sessions for $20 each.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
- Registration for NSWACT XC Sydney Dryland Training is open to current NSWACT XC members only. If you are not a current NSWACT XC member, please purchase annual NSWACT XC Registration in the Team App Store or contact us. NOTE – NSW Active Kids Vouchers can be used to purchase Annual NSWACT XC Registration.
- RSVP for training sessions via training notices and make payments in the NSWACT XC Team App Store by 8pm on Friday prior to training sessions.
You MUST NOT ATTEND group training if you are unwell. Follow good hygiene practices and inform your POD (Parent on Duty) or coach immediately if you feel unwell during training.
