SESSION INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:
DATE: Mon 20/11/2023
TIME: 4:45:5:30pm – Please don’t arrive before at 4:30pm to put on your boots/skis etc and sign-in.
VENUE: NSTC (otherwise know as Jindabyne Sport and Rec) Running Track
COACH: Alina McMaster. Activities will include roller skiing and/or strength and conditioning exercises and/or other activities.
IMPORTANT & ESSENTIAL! – SESSION PRE-REGISTRATION:
- Pre-Registration for each training session CLOSES AT 8PM ON SUNDAY prior to each Monday training session (to allow time for appropriate staffing and other preparations).
- Pre-Registration consists of RSVP on this page.
- By registering for NSWACT XC training you indicate acceptance of the conditions of participation listed on this page and the Participation Waiver and Code of Conduct found in Official Documents.
EQUIPMENT:
Please arrive ready to train wearing Hi-Vis clothing, and bring water, hand sanitiser, roller skis, boots, poles, sneakers, helmet (No Helmet, No Training!) and other safety equipment such as wrist/knee guards and gloves, recommended.
You MUST NOT ATTEND group training if you are unwell. Follow good hygiene practices and inform an adult or your coach immediately if you feel unwell during training.
