Cost: $70 for all three days, $35 for Sunday, $25 each for Saturday and Monday sessions.

Coaches – Alasdair Tutt and Jackson Bursill (members of the Australian Under 23 XC Ski Team) and Alex Lewis, who will be joined for Sunday’s session only by Finn Marsland (Australian Head Coach) and Esther Bottomley (3 times Winter Olympian).

1) Saturday 7th June 2014
12 noon Running/Striding with Ski Poles
Team, Squad and Club members to meet at the carpark next to Lake Jindabyne at the intersection of Kosciuszko Road and Barry Way, Jindabyne to consolidate people into cars before driving to Perisher.
Plan A: Running/Striding with ski poles towards Charlottes Pass and back, if the weather is good.
Plan B (if very windy/bad weather): Running/Striding with ski poles from Sawpit Creek Carpark on the Waterfall Loop.
Plan C (if heavy snow – wishful thinking at the moment, but not out of the question): Skiing

4.00pm Finish Bring rain jackets, waterproof pants and gloves especially for this session.

2) Sunday 8th June 2014
9.00am for a 9.30am start Benchmark Testing, Strength Work, Soccer match.
Meet at the Sports Oval, Sport & Recreation Centre, Barry Way, Jindabyne

10.30am (for the parents) NSW Snowsports XC Committee Annual General Meeting at the shelter at the Sports Oval. 12.15pm Lunch at Sport and Rec Oval (BYO) 2.00pm Afternoon roller skiing session at Sport and Rec Oval – technique work for newer
skiers and drills for older skiers.

3.30pm Finish Please note – there will be a 1.5 to 2hr break at lunchtime to allow athletes to recover from the morning session and then be able to focus strongly on the afternoon session.
Athletes are welcome to go home and rest if this is a suitable course of action.

5.00pm NSWXC Presentations Evening – Jindabyne Bowling Club
We have reserved the downstairs room at the Jindabyne Bowling Club for our presentation evening. We can order meals and drinks (at own expense) upstairs and eat downstairs. Awards and presentations will be made for last year’s achievements.

3) Monday 9th June 2014

9.30am Roller-Ski Distance & Technique Work
Team, Squad and Club members meet at Buckley’s Crossing Bridge, Dalgety. We will then move on to Jimenbuen Road, Dalgety for a roller ski, with distances to suit all ability levels.

Cool down session and technique work will follow the roller-ski.

12noon Finish
