NSWXC TRAINING CAMP – SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL ROWING CENTRE (SIRC)

An invitation is extended to all NSWXC member athletes to attend a Training Camp at SIRC on 21-22 May 2016.

The Camp will commence with a fun run at 8am on Saturday morning and include roller-skiing and other activities. Accommodation on Saturday evening will be available at Cables Wake Park, next door to Penrith Panthers.

Date: Friday 20th May to Sunday 22nd May

Time: Commencing 8am on Saturday 21st May until approx 3pm Sunday 22nd May

Location: Sydney International Rowing Centre (SIRC) Old Castlereagh Road, Penrith.

Cost: Accommodation approx. $50 per person and will be at Cables Wake Park.

Coaching Fee: approx. $100 for two days or $60 for one day.

Food: A combination of self-catering and prepared meals will be organised. Cost to be advised once number are know, but expected to around $60-$70.

Transport: Athletes/parents will be required to arrange their own transport to the Camp. Transport between SIRC and accommodation to be determined.

Supervision: A suitable number of parents will be required to assist with supervision and attend the Camp. However, all parents are welcome to attend.

Coaches: Lucy Glanville, Tess Noble, Callum Watson – final coaches to be determined by attending numbers.

Schedule of Activities: TBC – but will include Sat morning fun run, roller-skiing and other suitable training activities with SIRC.
