SESSION 7 – TERM 1 SYDNEY DRYLAND TRAINING

Sunday 24 March 2019 – Lane Cove National Park. Meet at 6:45am for start at 7am SHARP.

Sessions may include both rollerskiing AND dryland training activities and so please bring running shoes to all sessions.

NB: Please do not park in front of the gates so that the NPWS can maintain access at all times and note that no pets are allowed in the National Park.

COST:
$180 for the term of 9 sessions or $35 per session.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
Registration for NSWXC Term 1 Sydney Dryland Training is open to current 2019 SSA Northern – NSWXC members. Registration is made by making payment in the Team App Store. Payment must be made prior to attendance. If you are not a current SSA Northern – NSWXC member, please purchase membership in the Store or contact us.

EQUIPMENT:
Roller skis, boots, poles
Helmet (No helmet, no training!) and other safety equipment such as wrist guards and gloves are recommended
Hi-Vis Shirt
Running shoes
Water
Sunscreen
Other equipment as requested by coaches

SSA Northern – NSWXC has a small supply of roller skis, poles and NNN-compatible boots available for new athletes joining training. Those wishing to borrow these for the session MUST contact us prior to the session so that we can ensure that equipment is available.

RSVP:
It is a condition of registration that athletes must RSVP to each training session for coaching and programming purposes. Please RSVP for this session by clicking the RSVP button.
