COMBINED SESSION 7 – TERM 2 SYDNEY DRYLAND TRAINING
&
SESSION 3 – WELCOME WINTER HEAD COACH CAMP

Sunday 23rd June 2019 – Lane Cove National Park. Meet at 6:45am for start at 7am SHARP.

A BBQ BREAKFAST will be provided between 8:30-9:15. Families Welcome (gold coin donation).

Sessions may include both rollerskiing AND dryland training activities and so please bring running shoes to all sessions.

NB: Please do not park in front of the gates so that the NPWS can maintain access at all times and note that no pets are allowed in the National Park.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
Registration for NSWXC Term 2 Sydney Dryland Training and Welcome Winter Head Coach Camp Sessions are open to current NSWXC members only.

Registration is made by making payment in the Team App Store. Payment must be made prior to the session. If you are not a NSWXC member, please purchase membership in the Store or contact us.

NOTE: if you have already paid for the full term for Term 2 Dryland Training the term includes this session. .

EQUIPMENT:
Roller skis, boots, poles
Helmet (No helmet, no training!) and other safety equipment such as wrist guards and gloves are recommended
Hi-Vis Shirt
Running shoes
Water
Sunscreen
Other equipment as requested by coaches

SSA Northern – NSWXC has a small supply of roller skis, boots and poles that may be lent on a first-come basis. Borrowing of equipment MUST be organised prior to session – see contacts below.

RSVP:
