Strength & Conditioning Session for Intermediate level and Elite level athletes. The program will follow the SSA Northern – NSWXC Periodisation Plan for each athlete level and the Coach will be available for athlete support for Periodisation Plans at the end of the session.

LOCATION:
Clark Park, Milsons Point.

- Runners
- Cap
- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Warm jacket/hoodie for after training

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
Registration and payment must be made in the Team App Store prior to attending the first session.
