Work with the coaches to develop your winter training program including your choices of: School Holidays Program, ASH (After School Holidays) Training, Before-School Training, Weekend Training, Interstate competition support and Remote Communication.
NOTES: Mondays are Rest Days. Event entries, Interschools day, The Hoppet and the Charlotte Pass Camp are not included.
Programming and training will include both on-snow and dryland activities, depending on weather and snow conditions and in the interest of the health, strength and fitness of the athlete.
Be prepared for changes to activities, venues and times due to weather, snow conditions and other circumstances.
