The SH Camps include morning and afternoon sessions Tuesday thru Friday PLUS whatever is happening on the Weekends. IMPORTANT NOTE - You are NOT expected to attend all training sessions, that would be too much training for any athlete. Use the many and varied session opportunities to create a SH program that works for you and your family.
Be prepared for changes to activities, venues and times due to weather, snow conditions and other circumstances. When changes occur, they will be communicated through NSWACT XC Team App, so be sure that you monitor the App for updates.
